As always, it was an excellent experience. I could not ask for better customer service. The job was done efficiently and every detail explained in clear English.
The ONLY drawback was that I informed the dealership at the time I made the appointment online, and also at the time I dropped my car off - I gave it to them in writing....that I had a $25.00 buick credit that was included in our emails sent by them to me.....however, they did NOT take that amount off of my bill. This credit will expire soon and I wanted to use it on this visit, as I stated three separate times. I would STILL like to receive credit or cash for this amount. What do I need to do? Please advise.
