We called ahead when a message displayed in my car and we knew it would need service. We were told and did expect to have to leave the car and wait a few weeks at least for an appointment which caused a lot of worry initially. I took the car in late on a Saturday afternoon, spoke with the staff, and was very surprised to be asked to wait while they took a look at it and assessed the problem! The staff was very knowledgeable of my warranty coverage and informed me of the process. I received a message the following Monday that my vehicle was ready. So pleased with Paris Chevrolet!
