Confirmed Service Customer
Morgan lied to me several times regarding our insurance policy and ordering the key fob. I called my insurance 3 times and he hadn’t even contacted them. I was never called when it finally came in. Was not told they would need my vehicle all day and FINALLY when I went to pick my car up it took 2 employees 25 minutes to find my car. HORRENDOUS customer service
