Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change service on Tuesday. The service seemed fine and in a timely manner. I went home and in the morning there was a pool of oil under my vehicle. I called and was told to bring it back. They got right on it and found that the oil filter had not been properly tightened. They fixed the problem and it seems fine now. The worst part is I live an hour plus away and it took two trips to complete a simple oil change.

Super courteous.. Staff always asks if you would like coffee or something to drink while you wait and I was in and out in less than an hour for the oil change 🤗 Always an amazing experience with this dealership Highly recommend
