They were very friendly, accommodating, and not pushy at all. Buying cars in the past have been horrible experiences because they haggle you on the price and try to make you add things to your note. They were not that way at all. Very good experience, will be going back in the future!

The service tech making the appointment was very thorough. He explained the process for correcting the recall issue and made a note that I needed a state inspection along with my oil change. The staff were courteous and friendly at my appointment. They got everything done in a timely manner. I appreciate the staff and the way they treat us and the job they do when servicing our vehicles.

My brakes are squealing again on my ‘21 Acadia and my car has 28,887 miles. Front brakes have been replaced twice and my back brakes have been replaced once. And I’m already having issues with the brakes and it’s only been 17,000 since they have been replaced. They said that brakes aren’t under warranty and the only solution would be for me to pay for the cost when it’s evident that there is something a matter with the brakes that y’all have put on. The only positive thing that happened was the interaction with Dewayne. He seemed to legitimately care about both the customer and your dealership. He was very nice and polite and tried to help come up with a solution for me. I just don’t think I should have to pay for brakes to be replaced after we have records that there is something wrong with the makeup of the pad. The mechanic also stated that this was a problem with a lot of vehicles. I’m not sure why y’all won’t stand by your work or the pads that y’all put on a ‘21. My brakes wasn’t squealing when it was driven off the lot when it was purchased. I hope someone can look at this problem and help come up with a solution.
